SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Prithvi Enterprises does not have its own delivery team. We use third-party courier services (via Shiprocket partners or directly with Delhivery Courier).
Once a pickup is generated, customers will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification along with a tracking link.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to courier operations, strikes, weather, or government restrictions.
Prithvi Enterprises is not liable for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier partner. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

SECTION 6 - REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION

All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

We do not store customer card/bank details on our servers.
