Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours will be considered for processing on the next business day.
  • In case of high demand, festival seasons, or stock limitations, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified if any significant delay occurs.

Shipping Coverage:

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • Delivery is subject to serviceability of your PIN code by our courier partners.
  • If your PIN code is unserviceable, our support team will contact you for alternate arrangements or cancellation.

Shipping Partners:

  • Prithvi Enterprises does not have any in-house delivery team. We exclusively rely on third-party courier companies available through Shiprocket or directly via Delhivery Courier.
  • Once a pickup is scheduled with the courier partner, customers will automatically receive an email notification from us along with the tracking link.
  • Any delays, damages, or issues occurring during transit are subject to the courier company’s policies, though we will assist customers in resolving such matters.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to rural/remote locations may take up to 10–12 business days.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier operations, weather, strikes, or government restrictions are beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp/SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
  • You can track your order on our website or directly on the courier partner’s tracking page.

Shipping Address:

  • Please provide the correct, complete, and active address with landmark and contact details to avoid delivery failures.
  • Prithvi Enterprises is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Prices are inclusive of GST as per Indian regulations. Any additional local/state levies or entry taxes (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Undelivered Orders / RTO (Return to Origin):

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, reshipping will be chargeable.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

Delays & Exceptions:

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Prithvi Enterprises shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or any circumstances beyond our control.
  • Orders once shipped cannot be rerouted, redirected, or cancelled.
