Refund policy

At Prithvi Enterprises, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our business, certain restrictions apply on returns, refunds, and cancellations. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unopened, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@prithvienterprises.co.in.
Returns must be shipped to:
Prithvi Enterprises, 199 Aarey Colony, Goregaon East, Mumbai – 400065, Maharashtra, India.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For claims regarding damaged or missing products, a proper package opening video (from start to end, unedited) is mandatory. Without video proof, we cannot accept claims.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized/personalized products (including print-on-demand and special orders)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
- Personal care, hygiene, and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards

We also do not accept returns if the product is intact, working, and as described.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase another product, you must place a new order once your return (if eligible) is accepted.

6. Cancellations

- No cancellations are allowed once the order is dispatched.
- No returns or cancellations are allowed for customized/personalized items.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the amount.

8. Important Notes

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For Return-to-Origin (RTO) cases due to incorrect addresses, unavailability, or refusal, reshipping charges will apply. Refunds (if eligible) will be issued after deducting shipping and handling costs.
- Prithvi Enterprises reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
